Shipping policy

Free delivery is available free for all orders, however, we also offer more premium express services too.

When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.

We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipment through the service provider’s tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding holidays after receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
